RECENT TRENDS IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING SCIENCES

Paper Submission Guidelines:

• Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers related to the conference themes and tracks. All submissions will be handled through the Microsoft CMT Conference Management System

1️⃣ Paper Submission System

• All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT system only (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com). Authors are requested to create a CMT account and submit their abstracts/papers by selecting the conference name from the portal. Email or offline submissions will not be accepted.

2️⃣ Paper Format

• Papers must be prepared using the prescribed conference template and written in English. The page length should be within the specified limit.

3️⃣ Originality and Plagiarism

• Submitted papers must be original and not published or under review elsewhere. Papers with high plagiarism will be rejected.

4️⃣ Review Process

• All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT system only. Email or offline submissions will not be accepted.

5️⃣ Camera-Ready Submission

• Accepted papers must be revised as per reviewer comments and submitted before the deadline. At least one author must register to include the paper in the proceedings.

6️⃣ Presentation

• Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Papers that are not presented may be excluded from the proceedings.
